In a semi-private setting, you’re still following your program—built around your goals. Your coach is right there to guide, adjust, and keep you progressing. It’s the perfect option if you want personal attention and structure without the pressure (or chaos) of a big class.

Strength training’s better when you’re not doing it alone. In our semi-private sessions, you’ll train alongside 1–2 others who are chasing similar goals. You’ll lift, push, and progress together—with your own program and a coach guiding every rep.

You’ll have scheduled training appointments designed to keep you on track, but we’re flexible enough to work around your busy life. Whether something comes up or your day shifts, we’ll help you find a time that fits so you never miss out on making progress. Consistency with room for real life.
