Holiday Mind & Body Check-In

Don’t ignore the subtle signs that your mind and body need the synergy of movement, nutrition, and recharging during the holidays! Learn to recognize the early warning signs, changes in meal patterns, or skipping your sessions!

Persistent fatigue, lack of motivation, and physical health changes can arise during the winter months and the holidays, but don’t let this discourage you from treating your body and mind well and remaining consistent with adequate nutrition!

  • Choose your schedule and a schedule that feels right for you
  • Set intentions for mindfulness: workouts, meeting with friends, releasing electronic devices in the evening
  • Ground Yourself – standing still for a few breaths and feel your body and the ground beneath your feet.
  • Paying attention to how food feels to consume and the energy it yields.
  • Engage your senses: observe the atmosphere, account for the positive elements, and remember all foods fit but some fuel us better than others!
  • Synchronize your breath and embrace the present as we prepare for the holidays and the new year!
